Rev. Fr. Edmund Ugwoegbu is the president and founder of Raise Up the Roof Foundation. He is compassionate priest, visionary leader, and advocate for human dignity, dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through faith-driven service, education, and humanitarian outreach. Through the RUTR Foundation, he champions hope, inclusion, and sustainable support for people living with disabilities and marginalized populations.

Thomas Pasakarnis serves as the Treasurer and Director of the RUTR Foundation, overseeing financial administration, organizational coordination, and supporting the foundation’s mission-driven programs and operations.
